Michael has over 20 years of experience in GIS. Prior to becoming a GIS Specialist for PRWA in 2016, Michael worked for a private engineering firm utilizing GIS in the natural and civil engineering divisions, and the Lancaster County GIS Department, helping counties across the Commonwealth. Michael has a B.S in Geography, specializing in cartography and GIS, from Penn State University.
